BASIC RESIDENTIAL HOME AUCTION WITH RESERVE $3,495.00: Each "average" residential home sold Subject to confirmation, or reserve where the owner submits a reasonable secret reserve price above which the property will be sold to the highest bidder, or if the price is not met, the seller has up to 48 hours to accept or reject the high bid $3,495.00 each property. Ask if your home qualifies for the rebate program where entry fees are rebated up to 101% depending upon the value.

ABSOLUTE OR UNRESERVED RESIDENTIAL HOME AUCTION $2,495.00: Each "average" residential property or home to be sold absolute with no minimum and no reserve shall be charged an auction entry fee of $2,495.00 per property.

ABSOLUTE OR UNRESERVED BUILDING LOTS $1,495.00: Each building lot, parcel of non-commercial land, vacant land, residential homesite or unimproved property shall be charged an entry fee of $1,495.00 (fourteen hundred ninety five dollars) per parcel, lot or unit.
